What do you guys do, exactly?
We’re a management and technology consulting firm with an observe first, act second approach to helping our clients. Outside of work, we’re everything from parents to frisbee golfers to Falcons fans (Rise up!).
What’s your workstyle?
We will never dictate how you should run your business, because we believe success is achieved through collaboration. Case in point: we may be the best Escape Room team you’ll ever meet.
What can we expect from working with you?
Our knowledge of technology and service delivers actionable results through a high-quality, honest partnership. We can also provide you the best restaurant recos in town. Just don’t be surprised if they happen to be hole in the wall joints where they eat with fingers over silverware.
What makes you different?
We cast aside the one-size fits all approach to problem solving and use our experience, expertise and proven approaches to navigate the toughest challenges facing our clients. We also pride ourselves on our culture. We not only hire the best people, we hire nice people. Contrary to popular belief, those two things are not mutually exclusive.
If you’re consultants, why aren’t there more business buzz words in here?
Because we’re not your typical consultants. But if you insist: we strive to be different by not only discovering creative solutions or rationalizing application portfolios and roadmaps for technology teams, but by also transforming internal processes to better support our clients in delivering projects and implementations. Our goal is to bridge the gap between business and tech teams; improving communication, relationships and ultimately, efficiencies (We skipped the part about synergies and value chains. You’re welcome!).
OUR NORTH STAR
To get where you’re going you have to know the way. Our commitment to our clients is two-fold: we’ll come prepared with the directions and we’ll strive to be good company for the journey. We solve problems at their core. We observe, we advise and then we act. We can afford to be nimble because of the people we choose to work with. We invest in expertise and friendly smiles because we believe in the power of good people. Cultivating this kind of team means putting down roots, which is why we prioritize giving back to the communities that make us who we are.

Whether leading large scale change programs, analyzing the customer experience, or re-designing an organization, Haywood has a knack for figuring out the people side. His solutions are never cookie cutter, and his MO is to put his clients’ needs at the fore. But at home, his daughter’s needs come first, and sometimes that involves actual cookie cutters. In his spare time, he also roots for Ole Miss, plays a bad guitar, and does his best to convince the partners to buy season tickets for Atlanta United.
