Partner and Chief Operating Officer, Experienced management & technology consultant with expertise in aligning business objectives with technology solutions. Matt brings a collaborative style to the projects he leads, that support is built around large-scale projects, and that focus is on the task at hand. His ambition also extends to his home life, where he is currently competing with his two sons for the esteemed title of Lego Master Builder, Evans Family Edition.

After working in the enterprise technology world for nearly three decades, Seth knows two things for sure:  1) business needs and risks are ever evolving and 2) change is the only constant. As a result, he has spent his career helping enterprise organizations integrate, implement and activate new technologies to solve their most complex challenges and heighten their security posture.

As solutions architecture and delivery lead for Collective Insights, Seth oversees nimble teams of experienced consultants as they modernize systems, align teams and evolve culture for Fortune 500 clients through the right combination of business and technology services.

Prior to his extensive work in the security field, Seth received a BA in Environmental Science and an MS in Information Systems from the University of Virginia. When he’s not fighting the good fight on behalf of CI clients, you can find him watching his two boys play soccer, spending time with family, golfing, fishing, swimming and cheering on his favorite teams: Atlanta United, the Atlanta Braves and his alma mater UVA.

Haywood Hamilton is a partner at Collective Insights, a transformation and technology consulting firm based out of Atlanta, GA. He’s responsible for delivering solutions to complex problems for his clients, growing the company’s services and client footprint, and developing and mentoring its people.


Over an 18-year career as a management consultant, Haywood has never lost sight of the fact that he’s in the business of providing a service, and that his clients’ experience should be more meaningful than his own. He has displayed a consistent track record of developing and implementing tailored critical initiatives designed to advance organizational success for a wide array of B2C and B2B companies, from small businesses to the most admired Fortune 100.


Haywood has served clients across several industries, including financial services, media and entertainment, construction, pharmaceutical, hospitality, food and beverage, communications, public service, and transportation and logistics. In driving change, his mindset is to always put those impacted by it first. Whether leading large scale transformation programs, analyzing the customer experience or redesigning an organization, Haywood has a knack for figuring out the “people side” of any problem.


Haywood holds dual undergraduate degrees in marketing and journalism and advertising from the University of Mississippi and an MBA from the University of Alabama. In his spare time, he roots for Ole Miss and Atlanta United and plays the guitar (badly).

Kyle is Partner & Chief Revenue Officer at Collective Insights, a seasoned entrepreneur and executive leader with a proven track record in growth-enablement. His expertise in building high-performance teams and guiding organizations to success has been honed through founding multiple professional services companies and a software firm. These experiences provide him with unique insights and strategies that directly benefit his clients. Beyond his professional achievements, Kyle is deeply committed to community development, actively serving on and leading several influential boards and organizations. His blend of business acumen and dedication to community ensures that he not only leads successful businesses but also empowers his clients to achieve their own success.

A fearless leader and client advocate, Dori works with the rest of the leadership team at CI to help grow our people, client base, overall business and capabilities. She earned a degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University and combines this technical acumen with business sense, to help clients execute business strategies almost always involving technology implementation.

Dori started her career in technology sales, which included selling semiconductors, software development environments and data warehousing. Often the only woman in the room, Dori learned quickly how to earn credibility – and surprise the room – with her deep understanding of the products she was selling and her technical skill set. Having mastered consultative selling, she then transitioned into technology consulting, working as a client executive, chief of staff and consultant at North Highland to drive complex programs and build strategic execution capability for clients.

At Collective Insights, you can find Dori diving into the intersections of digital transformation and management consulting, a combination that she believes gives our team a unique competitive advantage. When she’s not tailoring expert approaches to our clients’ goals, you can find Dori cooking, golfing, working out, at the Alliance Theatre or spending time with her two great kids on the lake.

For over a decade, Donovan has been instrumental in helping large and Fortune 500 enterprises achieve transformation and growth. His work focuses on two primary areas: guiding executive teams and boards in defining or reshaping their multiyear roadmaps, and executing or rescuing strategies with high enterprise priority, sensitivity, and visibility.

Donovan and his teams utilize a range of methodologies and tools to uncover opportunities, define visions, highlight critical issues, sequence priorities, align consensus, and articulate value. They have played a key role in groundbreaking transformations across digital workforce, e-commerce, mergers and acquisitions, ERP implementations, and market development. His expertise spans the consumer product, manufacturing, technology service, government, healthcare, and financial service sectors.

Currently, Donovan leads strategic services and client accounts for Collective Insights, recognized as the best management technology consulting firm in the Southeast US. Outside of work, he and his wife are proud parents of two boys and two girls. The Sharkey family can often be found cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs in Athens, enjoying the sun and sea, or exploring the woods on their latest adventure.

Known for orchestrating complex transformations and aligning technology with business goals, Bob excels at evolving innovative ideas into solutions that deliver tangible business value. Jon Miller is a highly accomplished global supply chain and business transformation leader with over 28 years of experience. He has a proven track record in driving large-scale supply chain processes and aggressive transformation initiatives, leveraging digitization to deliver significant value. Known for his influential leadership, John excels in building and leading highly engaged, cross-functional teams that effectively translate strategy into actionable results. His extensive experience includes developing, leading, and deploying system and transformation projects at over 1,000 global locations, managing budgets exceeding $1 billion.

Doug is a dynamic technology leader with a proven track record in developing and executing technology strategies and solutions that align with business goals. His experience ranges from developer to Senior Director of IT Operations, managing hundreds of applications and services across various functions. He has played key roles in major tech transformations in HRMS, Finance, and ITSM. As an operations leader, he has contributed to cybersecurity roundtables, developed vulnerability management practices and managed complex M&A integrations. Before transitioning to industry, Doug was an ERP consultant for clients in diverse sectors including consumer products, apparel, financial services, communications, and oil and gas.
